Knowledgeable, Thorough, and Personable!

Very good experience. Our air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday. Quality came out witin two hours and resolved the problem quickly. Cody B. was very professional and friendly. We have found our new HVAC company 👍

This was the best company I have ever dealt with. They were very knowledgeable and helpful explaining everything that was going on. What they suggested and asked all my questions. They were super fast getting everything done and working great!!

Both Josh & BIlly were exceptional technicians who spent 2 days installing my cooling system inside as well outside my home in the God-awful OK heat! I'm 70 and have had many technicians come to my house for various reasons over the years and I can say these two gentlemen were among the best techs I've experienced! They were courteous and answered all my questions! I was also appreciative that they wore slip covers over their shoes out of respect of my home! I am so impressed with the final outcome-looks so great and the new condenser is working so much more efficiently now! Finally, I am also so grateful both these guys took the time to thoroughly clean the mess that you wouldn't know they had been there for 2 days! I highly recommend Quality Heating & Cooling-and if these two techs just happen to come to your home, you are very fortunate and you will be well-taken care of!

Great service! Found out the AC wasn't cooling at 8 am and it was fixed and running by 1 pm. Ryan, the tech, was super nice and even answered my kids questions about what he was doing. Clean, professional and fast

Nate came out to do an electrical evaluation. He was very patient, explained everything at a level a non-electrician could understand, and made sure I did not have any questions while going over his report. Appreciate Quality as always.

Excellent Service and Outstanding Professionalism! I highly recommend Nate M. They did an excellent job with our electrical inspection and truly went above and beyond from start to finish. What stood out most was how kind, respectful, and considerate they were throughout the entire visit. Before entering our home, they asked permission and made sure we were comfortable. They also asked before entering certain rooms and clearly communicated where they would be going and what they needed to inspect. That level of respect and communication made the entire process feel comfortable and professional. Nate M and Cameron came out and were excellent! They were very courteous and thorough as well as explaining everything to me. I was glad they mentioned the membership option as that will help save me money as well as keep up on everything. They were very kind and patient with my dogs who generally don't like strangers so that was a great bonus as well! Very respectful and kind, can't wait to continue working with them!

Thayvien, Dj and Curtis provided excellent service, came out 3 times to help, and was very helpful, kind and explained things very well, and very professional. Can't say enough about the technicians that came. I referred them to my father for hvac.
