I was scheduled for a regular routine maintenance. Technician Chris called me and let me know he was on his way. He was very punctual and polite. He assessed my AC unit and let me know of some issues that needed immediate attention. He did his best to explain to me what needed to be replaced and why. He took plenty of pictures and made sure everything was working as it should. I would definitely recommend Chris and the quality heat and air crew.

Water heater went out this weekend. Called Quality and the dispatch/contact center was top notch, asked the important and relevant questions. Steven W. with Quality Heating, Cooling and Plumbing was respectful of the property, showed up on time, answered EVERY Question I had without hesitation, provided honest options(i.e. cost of repair vs replacement). I opted to have the tank replaced and despite a difficult room and job Steven finished the replacement from consult to driving off in a couple of hours. Utility room is much better off now. Big thanks to Quality, will be using them again in the future.

A few minor issues but they came out and fixed everything that they missed. I've only dealt with 2 other companies in my 3 years here and Quality is much better. Update 04/26/24. Today they came out and did a very good check up on my HVAC system. Always on time and professional. I have other family members who use Quality and they wouldn't use anyone else either. To notch company.

We followed Service Manager Cody over from his days at Frost. We were very impressed with our plumbing inspection by Steven, and our HVAC cleaning and inspection by Juan. Both men were friendly, professional, and great communicators. We greatly appreciated their careful consideration of our home while inside it, and their expert feedback on our HVAC and plumbing systems!Office communication and scheduling was a breeze, and their office staff was very friendly and prompt. The automated text system was also greatly appreciated, and introduced us to the service members before they even arrived.

This company was honest with me and did not attempt to upsell me when it wasn't necessary. They seem to be one of the last companies around that aren't bought by some massive corporation and are only pretending to be local. These guys are local and have integrity, fair prices, and kind employees. I hope they never sell.

Jeremy T was my technician for my electrical inspection. He was prompt(called ahead to verify I was home) and incredibly professional and courteous. Jeremy did a thorough inspection of my electrical panel and outlets and explained his findings in an understandable way for someone like me who isn’t not well versed in electrical lingo. I never felt he was trying to “sell” me any additional repairs or replacements and I appreciated his honesty and transparency. I highly recommend Jeremy and Quality Heating, Cooling and Electrical.

Jim and Juan serviced our home and took the time to explain what was doing on in good detail there was no pushyness to up sale or anything straightforward to the problem and price and got everything handled the same day 😀 they have a membership for $15 right now that helps you keep your ac unit serviced twice a year and they also cover plumbing and electric now so definitely look into them

The tech knew what he’s doing. He was able to troubleshoot and find out the faulty conductor on my A/C unit that three different technicians failed to figure out. He was also friendly and sincere. I would recommend him.

Your technician Chris was professional and courteous. He did his work efficiently with minimal intrusion to the household. (Even our rambunctious dog liked him.) Very thorough inside and outside. Two thumbs up.

I signed up with Quality for their service program. It gives me peace of mind knowing that each of my systems and all utilities will be checked once a year. It's better to pay a little along the way for proper maintenance rather than drain an emergency fund or worse, be caught unprepared! Quality makes it easy and affordable! My service tech was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel at ease and like he respected my needs. Looking forward to continuing business!

John did an excellent job. He was very courteous, professional, and efficient, as have all of your servicemen.

Made a call and the next morning Jeremy and Jake showed up as promised. They did a quick inspection of our current equipment and tried to fix what we had but, unfortunately, it was time for out with old and in with the new. They explained what Quality would provide in detail and their continued services available. They gave us quotes ranging from a quick fix option to total replacement which included additional items to update our aged equipment. Very professional and polite!

Always answers any questions that I have and they make sure I get the best prices when available. They installed 2 HVAC units and twice a year (spring and fall) make sure my units are working properly. I have also had a pipe burst and automatically called Quality because I trust them to not inflate prices. Their office staff are always helpful when I call or text.

One of our AC units stopped working and my husband called this company. It was evening so I expected a call back the next day. They called back within 15 minutes! One of their technicians was here the next day and fixed our unit. Everyone I've spoken to, including Juan (the tech) has been very nice and all the employees seem to be happy! We won't be calling anyone else! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

They came out to check my system and get me ready for summer! They were extremely courteous and had great communication leading up to the service date and arrival. This allowed me to be ready and know who to expect. John didn't try to push me into anything but let me know what may need to be done in the future to make sure that my system was going to run properly. I highly recommend Quality!

This company is the BEST heat, air and now electric service company I have ever used. Their prices are reasonable, their service is prompt, their employees are courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Great people and amazing service! They informed us of our failing hot water tank and had it changed out that same week! Everything was explained to us and we got a lot of tips and tricks on maintaining our system. Definitely recommend!

I’m not very big on writing reviews because it’s really hard to believe people online and I have had other companies with great “reviews” but they are just awful. (That being said) I have been able to meet so many different service techs in both a personal and professional life with Quality Heating and Air. That have honestly changed my perspective on good people doing the right thing because it’s the right thing to do not because they can get more money. Yes, I understand that this is a business and they have to make money but the overall quality of service that I have received from these guys is by far the best that I have ever encountered in Tulsa.

This is truly a quality h/a service! The communication is spot on, the serviceman, Joshua, was knowledgeable & super pleasant, listening to concerns with accuracy.They are prompt and give timely communications. They are deep enough, service staffwise, to send the right people for the job. Strongly advise giving them a call!

My technician Scassi was fantastic. I have requested him for 3 years now for both my house and my daughter for heat and A/C service calls. He's as professional as they come. Quality heat and air charges a fair price and the team that works for them is great.

My Gas Heating unit was not operating as it should the first week in January 2024 during the BELOW FREEZING temperatures that hit Glenpool. Several Techs from Quality graced my home starting Sunday January 14, 2024 w/Dustin through Wednesday January 17. The assessment of the situation took several days going between Quality techs and the Gas Co. techs, however, when Manager, Monty Brown, became involved on Monday 1/15/24 he was DETERMINED to get the issue resolved and get Heat into my home. Monty was COMMITTED to resolving this situation with the 1 degree temperatures and remained in consistent contact with me throughout this lengthy process. He Willingly tried anything and everything that was a potential possible solution to clear the gas line and complete the repairs.His team powered through Gas Co. involvement, freezing temps, frozen ground and hiccups, but I know Monty was personally instrumental in getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I greatly appreciated ALL who I connected with throughout this process. Each and Every tech and office personnel, were professional, courteous, and invested in getting the job done as quickly and expertly as possible. To date, I am grateful for the Quality of Service and Care I received during this challenging experience. THANK YOU to All that were involved, Amy, Dustin, Rebecca, Dixie, Jeremy, Jake, Monty, Kat, Hannah, and Ashland. I know this took me a while to submit, but that in no way diminishes my Gratitude for the positive experience I had with this Company.

Quality did our re-pipe, we have a home that was built in the 50s. They had a difficult task and worked until the job was done. Gabriel and Shady did a great job and consulted us on issues that came up.

This is my new HVAC company here in the Tulsa areaI had previously been using MullinsHowever, it seems like almost every time I call it’s always an overtime fee in order to get my unit fixedBut when I called quality, they told me that, even though they would be coming out as soon as possible, they would not charge me overtime feesTheir staff came out in a marked vehicle with their logo all over it and uniforms onThey were very professional, and had my heater working in a matter of minutesBefore they did the work, they showed me what the problem was, and asked me if I would like to move forward with fixing the issue. Of course I said yes and my total bill was less than $200I live out in the country nowhere close to Town And . They did not hit me with no extra charges or overtime fees.Thanks again you are my new HVAC go to

Juan came by to do a courtesy check up and clean the A/C Units. Found an issue with one of the units and was able to recommend a solution and fix it. Great customer service and just clearly understood how to do his work. Would highly recommend Juan at Quality Heating.

Joshua was a very respectful technician. I was alone when he arrived and I prefer for my husband to be home. I took him around the house showing him where our two thermostats were located and where the inside part of the heat/air systems, and where the vents were for filter checks. My husband got home then, so Ileft them talking about our hot water tank. He said he would present us with a quote on replacing ourhot water tank. He quickly went to work doing what it is they do. Anyway, he was here for 2 and 1/2 hours! He gave us a quote on a new hot water tank. But it is not in our budget at this time. Called them and they came out same day. We were trying to install a new dishwasher and the plumbing was about 50 years old and needed some new fittings as well.Steve came to our door reasonably quickly, listened to my concerns and after working up the estimates got straight to work on what we needed.Only thing was that with the age of the plumbing, fixing what we needed presented a slew of other problems that seem to cause interference with the water pressure. Steve was so great. He patiently worked on everything until well after quitting time and got to a point where he couldn't proceed without different equipment. He explained everything in great detail and I was comfortable with needing to wait to finish for the next day.He showed up a little earlier than the agreed on time and got straight to work.Just a short time later I could hear the water running full force.Steve was a true and fine angel to get that all sorted out.Despite the problems this was the best plumbing repair service I have experienced ever.Steve was very forthcoming and explained well. He kept me advised every step of the way and in my opinion went well above and beyond great service.This guy deserves a medal and not once did I ever hear any disparaging remarks, tone or attitude.A+++ in my book.Thanks for the great experience.Crystal Moore

Great customer service

They continue to exceed expectations on quality service. Friendly, courteous and professional every time they service or repair our HVAC systems. We have 6 zones on two units and other companies have failed to know how to work with them and the new smart thermostats, but these guys get it right!!

Had 2 systems installed. Install and response time, both in contact and for in-person work was all super quick. The supervisor (Mike?) was also very professional and seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the work and the reputation of the company.No complaints, only praises.

Jim was our air technician today we told him we were experiencing a problem with the initial install on a routine service call and they are going to fix it for free since it wasn’t doing what it was supposed to do. Great service and very helpful every time. Also have had to reschedule many times cause our lives have been crazy and they haven’t given us any problems with rescheduling, no fees always polite.
