“Made appointment request on line and followed up with a call @ 7:50am. Juan arrived at 8:20am. Nice young man and did a diagnostic on my heating/ac. Allowed me to watch as he conducted his diagnostic and explained in detail what he was doing. Determined that a coil had gone out on the AC unit which in turn prevented the heating unit from coming on. Replaced the coil at a reasonable price. Definitely pleased with Juan and his work.
