When we first started in 2014, we weren’t trying to replicate anyone else.
In fact, quite the contrary.
After more than 20 years in the industry, we hadn’t found our definition of a healthy and fulfilling work environment. We were passionate about the trade, but we felt a disconnect between our craft and our day jobs. That’s when we had a decision to make: Either play it safe and accept being half-satisfied with our careers. Or take the risk and build the kind of business we always wanted to work for.
We chose the latter and, boy, are we happy we did!
After 20+ Years in the Industry, Quality Was Born
Co-owner Oscar Pound had been an HVAC technician for more than 27 years. Knowing that the time was right, Oscar joined forces with his wife, Cassie, and officially founded Quality in 2014. Together, the two established how to leverage their different backgrounds and knowledge while streamlining new processes. It was a balancing act of taking what they already knew and forging their own path to fill a void in the marketplace.
Since Day One, their mission has been to serve people: To serve customers and provide not only the right solutions, but the right experiences. To serve their employees and provide the kind of work culture they had always been looking for. And, most importantly, to serve their community and give back to those in need. For Oscar and Cassie, their business is their livelihood, but it’s also a platform from which they can lend a helping hand and make a difference in their little part of the world.
This is both Quality’s history and beginning. Oscar and Cassie have never been more passionate about their work as they are today, and they look forward to many more years of redefining Quality service for families and businesses across Oklahoma!
