Great people and amazing service! They informed us of our failing hot water tank and had it changed out that same week! Everything was explained to us and we got a lot of tips and tricks on maintaining our system. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Amy for any service or repair work. She was very knowlegable and thorough on my heat and air maintenance and checked my hot water tank for me. She also checked for inside and outside leaks on my faucets. She explained everything to me and was quick in answering all of my questions. She was honest and trustworthy. I will definitely ask for her for any future problems.Highly recommend.

Made appointment request on line and followed up with a call @ 7:50am . Juan arrived at 8:20am. Nice young man and did a diagnostic on my heating/ac. Allowed me to watch as he conducted his diagnostic and explained in detail what he was doing. Determined that a coil had gone out on the AC unit which in turn prevented the heating unit from coming on. Replaced the coil at a reasonable price. Definitely pleased with Juan and his work. I highly recommend this company. For a AC/ heating service

Scaci - quality heat and AC tech is very knowledgeable in his field. He checked my filter, my thermal indicator and voltage connection and showed me the numbers, how good they are doing. He checked my filter and inside of my ac/ heater. He made me feel comfortable around him. Friendly person. He is Punctual. Showed up when he said he would. That's very important to me. All in all as a whole. I'm very glad to do business with quality heating, cooling and plumbing. They honor what they say their going to do. In my experience... once I buy a product, customer service is usually not good. However with quality heating cooling and plumbing company they are class A company. I'm very pleased with this company.

Aaron, Shawn & Mike were so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job with my heater and were so helpful to answer all of my questions. I truly look forward to working with them in the future when it’s time to replace my other heater.

Derek and his partner were super respectful and helpful. They gave a notice about when they would be here and were very prompt. We called about issues with our shower and they informed us our hot water tank, that was installed by someone else less than a year ago, is not up to code. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them and will use them in the future for any problem we may have.

They were prompt, professional, and skilled. We have used them several times and they have fixed major and minor problems with no need to return. We are really impressed with them. The company notifies you with texts and even said a photo of the professional which assures us that it is let them in the house.

Absolutely 5 star service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, even the hold music was funny and pleasant. The schedulers were professional, their timing was prompt, the technician Jeremy was amazing. He talked me through everything, showed me everything and had a very calm and professional manner. My toilets were not flushing and he found the problem in the main line with a camera. Thank you for making the annoying intrusion a better experience.

In the middle of a disaster in our kitchen, Jason, from Quality, arrived. He assessed the situation, offered sound solutions, calculated a very reasonable price, and started working. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional and explained every step of the project. His workmanship was impeccable. In truth, he left the workspace cleaner than he found it on arrival. Working with Quality was so easy. They were able to send out an experienced and knowledgeable professional to our home on the same day without an emergency charge.We received updates from the dispatcher and Jason as to his arrival time. The last couple of years we’ve used Quality Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing for a new air conditioning unit, to update outside water facets, and now this weekend we needed plumbing fixed. Derek G came out and assessed our problem and fixed it without doing unneeded work. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Derek kept us informed every step of the way. We have had the best service from Quality Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and the best pricing with no hidden fees. My old gas heater died on New Years Day. I was able to get a service call, work with the technician ,John, and see if there was a way to revive our fifty-year-old system. In the end we ran out of options and Chris was able to put together an affordable package that met all of our needs. Isaiah and Jon did an excellent and professional job removing and installing the new system. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heat and air maintenance or a new system installed.

Tanner did an amazing job. His knowledge of city codes and safety was next to none. He answered all my questions and was extremely professional. Having your hot water tank go out a few days before Christmas almost brought our Christmas to an end with no hot water. I can’t thank Tanner and Quality heating, cooling and plumbing enough. The services they provide are next to none in north eastern Oklahoma for sure. I Willy appreciate it!

Quality Heating, Cooling and Plumbing gained another customer tonight !! Called today, Monday about 1:30 pm and received same day service. Charity was super nice and when our technician , John arrived about 6:30 ( he had previously called and told me his arrival time, very punctual) he showed up with a smile, was very friendly, very knowledgeable and explained everything that made it easy for me to understand. He didn’t leave till about 7:45pm and was friendly the whole time. Most guys would rather be at home eating dinner and watching football at that time in the evening. You could tell he likes what he’s doing, this company has a good one !!! Provided great customer service and quality work. Thank you John W. For your service !!

I totally appreciate the response time from the company and their ability to diagnose and repair the outside ac unit so we could have air conditioning as soon as possible. Called on a very hot Friday evening in August due to AC not working, repair appointment made for Saturday afternoon, Juan diagnosed the repair & recommend unit replacement, salesperson Ashlee dispatched & arrived within about 20 minutes, sat at kitchen table to discuss options, decision made on new unit all completed by same afternoon within about 30min. Our new HVAC installed by Isaiah & (I think his name was John) by early afternoon that following Tuesday! Sure we could’ve gone with another company but Quality has invested in the community we live in & that made the decision to use them very easy.

Water heater went out on Saturday & they answered call & were at house within a few minutes. Thorough, advised what was best, agreed to come back next day Sunday to install replacement. Quality lives up to their name. From the first call to the review.Kat in the call center was amazing. She’s super friendly and knowledgeable on services and booking the apt.Scaasi and Brandon came out to inspect my units. They sent a text and called to let me know they were on the way. They were friendly and courteous the whole time. They even cleaned all the acorns up that were built up around my units outside.They showed me the outcome of the tests and suggested the next steps. They thanked me for the business and shook my hand before they left.I believe the way Cassie and Oscar pour themselves into their employees and business says a lot and it shows.GREAT JOB !!I appreciate you all.

Our a/c went out in an extreme heat wave. They got us squared away quickly and did a great job. No complaints from us and we're now able to keep the house under 71 degrees at night (though it's over 100 outside). They helped us get financing so the upfront costs weren't devastating, either. Since they've done this work we've all felt a ton better! Now the whole system is fixed and running properly and safely. THANK YOU VERY MUCH EVERYONE WHO CAME AND HELPED US!

We called this plumbing group because of an issue with water in our pantry. They did a fantastic job and found out. It was just a simple solution. All we got charged with a service call. I called and they were here within an hour or so. Joshua, the tech, was extremely professional and nice to talk to. He fixed the small issue I had while testing out some other things to make sure the issue wouldn’t happen again and to make sure there wasn’t anything else wrong. He gave me an honest answer on everything. We’ve all been to car dealerships before, this was not one of those experiences. If you know, you know. I am so impressed from beginning to end. From the moment they took my call the service was exceptional. I have house guests and had no hope of getting anything done the same day. They said they would put me on the list for the day and I was so grateful. My unit didn't quit until the evening . My technicians name was Dustin and he had just had an attic call when he arrived at my home. Apologizing for being dirty, he wasn't bad at all considering it was after 10:00 p.m. buy the time they got to me. Dustin had my unit fixed and explained everything to me and had the happiest disposition. I can't imagine being so kind and friendly after that kind of day. When I replace my units this will be the company I use. So nice to find a company that cares about service.

We had several technicians come out and work on the old unit and then to install the new one. They were Joshua, Logan, Dani, Luke, Ty, and Hunter. They were all extremely knowledgeable and professional and for that we are very thankful. Matt came out and explained the financial part and helped us with buying the new unit. In addition, he also brought us out a window unit for us to use until the new unit was installed. Which was greatly appreciated!! We would absolutely recommend Quality to everyone

Wow! What an amazing company!Within 30 minutes of calling for my elderly mother, they were there and have her scheduled for a new unit install the very next day! Other companies blew her off, so I took it into my own hands, & I'm so thankful I did especially in this crazy heat!Quality employees on the phone, quality sweet, kind service technicians, quality products, quality company. Had to have emergency plumbing work done on a shower and these folks were the most responsive and best value around. Ended up having to come a few times to get the issue sorted and they were consistent in quality of work and communication. No hidden fees or funny financial stuff just straight talk and good value for quality work. Logan was our technician and he was easy to work with, upbeat, knowledgeable, and made us feel like our problem mattered and that he was determined to get the issue resolved.

Called one day, and out the next day. Very professional. I explained the area of concern. Was told everything that needed to be done before giving me the cost of the repair. Even went to the nearest parts store get the appropriate part needed to finish the job. All in about 45 minutes time my issue was resolved. Would highly recommend. Forgot to mention, Logan was who helped me with my issue. Much appreciated.

Fantastic service! They were at my house within two hours of my call and made all the repairs, including picking up parts, calling on a warranty, and climbing on my roof, all within a few hours. I can't recommend them highly enough.Update: I started paying for their bi-annual service where they check the heater and air conditioner. Love it! Love the professionalism and friendliness from the lady who answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon to Scaasi who came out on Saturday. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a fair estimate on finding and fixing the leak and he added a lbs of Freon and my family is enjoying life. I called about 4 or 5 other companies. Big name companies who did not answer their phones on the weekend and would have charged double to come out on a Saturday afternoon. That did not happen. He had the air restored washed the condenser unit. Provided education about the issue and shared the issues with the products that fix leaks but cause other problems. He could have easily told me it was time for a new unit. He could have pressured me into a financial distress situation. He earned my respect and I respect this company that I had not heard about until today. When I do need a new unit this is the company I will use. Thank you. Our air conditioner quit on Sunday and Monday was already booked up for appointments. Thankfully they were able to squeeze us in and get us working again on a 110 heat index day. I was referred to Quality Heating Cooling & Plumbing by Brandy Ford. From the moment I called for an inspection to the day they finally were able to install our new water tank they have been nothing but helpful, professional, understanding and continued to keep in touch about the progress. Walter is the best employee they have. He is thorough and detailed with his work and truly has the customers best interest in mind when performing the work. He’s professional and continually communicated each step he was taking or would need to take. Quality came out and replaced my heating and air systems today. After my 21 year old main floor system with r22 refrigerant (which was banned in 2020) bit the dust, Tim came out and gave me a great quote for the exact setup i wanted for my home and i signed right away! With such amazing financing plans available it made the whole process super easy! As soon as the systems came in they were installed by Jeff, Jayden, Kaylub, Hunter, and Ty who came out and knocked it all out in one day! I can barely hear the systems run and can practically hear my electric bills dropping! Will use quality for all my hvac and plumbing needs!

I had 2 HVAC units installed last fall. I had held off on posting to see how they worked out and how their customer service was.I had a few initial bumps during the install but they took care of every issue and followed through on every promise. I had a few minor warranty issues this spring also. I had a concern about not being sure when they would be returning so I sent them an email. They responded (Sunday) which was super quick I didn't expect an answer that fast. They answered all my questions and just all round treated me right. I got a great price and more importantly I got a company with integrity. Thank you Quality you have earned my business for years to come.

Have used Quality for over 10 years for service. They even have an email and text system to notify you when the technicians are expected to arrive with pics and brief bio. Joshua serviced our unit and gave a detailed explanation of the problems. Tim worked with us on selecting a new unit with pricing options. George and Ty spent the day replacing the system and were curtious, professional and even thoroughly cleaned up when finished. All of this in less than a week and we are back in a comfortable climate controlled home. Thanks guys!
